When Should I Renew? LTO Renewal Month by Plate Number

Renewal is staggered by last digit of plate number:

• Last digit 1: January
• Last digit 2: February
• Last digit 3: March
• ...continuing alphabetically...
• Last digit 9: September
• Last digit 0: October

Within the month, the specific week is determined by the digit before the last (penultimate digit).
