Why is My LTO Plate Not Found?

1. Plate hasn't been entered into system yet

Most common reason. New registrations take 2-3 weeks to appear. Wait and check again.

2. Typo in plate number

Try with and without spaces. Verify against your CR.

3. Leading zeros in MV File Number

Remove zeros after the dash. 1301-00001002045 should be 1301-1002045.

4. Wrong tracker for vehicle type

Backlog motorcycles use a separate tracker. Replacement plates have their own.

5. Dealer didn't complete submission

For new vehicles, contact your dealer to verify they submitted everything.
