What to Do When the LTO Tracker is Offline

The LTO Tracker periodically goes down. When that happens:

1. Try SMS to 2600: Text "LTO VEHICLE [your plate]" to 2600. Works on any phone, any carrier.
2. LTO NCR alternative: Visit ltoncr.com for NCR-region plates.
3. LTMS Portal: If you have an account, status is also visible there.
4. Visit your LTO branch: The branch on your CR can manually check.
5. Wait 1-2 hours: Most outages are short.
