Online Payment Options

1. GCash

The most popular method for LTO online payments. Available for:

  • Plate/license courier delivery fees on ltotracker.ph
  • LTMS portal transactions (license renewal, exam booking)
  • Violation/apprehension settlements

1. Cash at LTO Cashier

2. Bank Deposit / Over-the-Counter

Visit any Land Bank, DBP, BPI, or BDO branch. Use the LTO bills payment form. Reference number is required (provided by LTO). Bring the validated deposit slip back to LTO to complete the transaction.

3. Bayad Centers / Gcash Express

For some transactions (renewal fees, violations), you can pay at SM Bills Payment, Bayad Centers, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, or Globe Charge. Bring the LTO reference slip.

  • Bayad Centers: Centre-issued receipt. Convert to LTO OR at the next LTO visit.

  • "Payment received but transaction not updated" — Wait 24-48 hours. Bring proof (screenshot, OR) to LTO if not resolved.
